The Credit Counseling and Recovery Service (CCRS) works closely with overseas organizations to advance financial inclusion and strengthen support systems for individuals facing debt-related difficulties.

Through knowledge-sharing, joint research, and capacity-building initiatives, CCRS contributes to the development of effective household debt-relief frameworks worldwide.

Global Credit Counseling Alliance

In August 2024, CCRS entered into Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with leading credit-counseling organizations in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Together, we launched the Global Credit Counseling Alliance (GCCA) to establish a framework for mutual cooperation and information sharing.

Through this partnership, CCRS expects to deepen collaboration in key areas such as :

  • Case studies on debtor support
  • Household debt-relief policy and system improvements
  • Innovation in credit-counseling services

CCRS will continue to expand global partnerships to strengthen financial inclusion, promote safe credit practices, and support sustainable financial recovery among vulnerable individuals.
